    珍妮（叶玉卿）是一间俊男巴的老板，与旗下当红舞男阿积（任达华）感情微妙，介于宾主和恋人之间，阿积亦甘愿当教练，向新丁传授舞男绝技。庄臣（方中信）的公司被富家女卓灵（关之琳）所收购，并饱受凌辱，遂出钱到俊男巴求授技艺。新丁舞男阿禄（吕颂贤）奉命出击，任务是把卓灵追到手，结果发现卓灵是同性恋者，阿禄无功而返，但却追到了卓灵的同性恋女友（吴雪雯）。手下出师不利，阿积只有亲自出马，他费尽心力终于改变了卓灵的性取向，让她接受了自己，但这时他却发现自己真的爱上了卓灵，就在两人感情与日俱增时，庄臣突然出现，并宣布要揭穿阿积的底细……
